02What is being sold

The organiser sells places at a two-day professional event for the hair industry, presented by The Global Hair Collective with Daniele De Angelis and Makoto Iwaya.

The event is in person only. No livestream or recording is provided to attendees. Capacity is limited to 100 places on Day 1 and 20 on Day 2; both-days passes are accordingly limited to 20.

03Tickets and prices

A ticket admits one person on the day or days chosen. Tickets are personal and are issued in the name given at booking. For a single-day ticket the day is chosen at booking and stated on the ticket.

Once payment is confirmed you receive a personal ticket by email carrying an individual QR code. The code is checked at the entrance and is valid for one admission on the day it was issued for.

04Booking and payment

Booking starts with a request through this site. A request is not a confirmed place — your place is secured once payment is received.

Where cash payment is chosen, the place is held for the period agreed at confirmation. After it expires the organiser may release the place.

An invoice is issued on request. For a company invoice we need the company name, company number, VAT number where applicable, address and responsible person.

05Right of withdrawal and cancellation

14-day right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the date your booking is confirmed. The amount paid is refunded in full.

After the 14-day period the amount paid is not refunded. The organiser offers no additional cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another participant — see below.

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to nouhauschool@gmail.com — in your own words or using the model form below. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet it.

Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, at no cost to you.

Once the 14-day period has expired the amount paid is non-refundable, including where you are unable to attend. You may however transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser in writing at nouhauschool@gmail.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the relevant day, giving the new attendee's name.

If you book less than 14 days before the event and expressly ask us to perform the service before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal is lost for the service already performed, under Art. 57(1) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

06Changes and cancellation by the organiser

In the event of a material change — a change of date, or an announced presenter no longer appearing — you may withdraw and receive a full refund within 14 days.

If the organiser cancels the event, all amounts paid are refunded in full. The organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or consequential losses.
