Today, Makoto is internationally recognised as one of the industry's most respected colour specialists, known for work that continually challenges expectations and expands what colour can become.

Within the Global Hair Collective, Makoto serves as Head of Experimental Colour, leading the development of one of the Collective's most progressive and innovative educational disciplines.

His role is to help push the boundaries of colour education while inspiring professionals to think beyond what they already know.
