How we handle
your data
Effective 3 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through trendreport.nouhau.bg in connection with TREND REPORT SS27, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

02What we collect
- When you submit a booking request: name, email address, phone (optional), professional role, ticket type and chosen day.
- Technical data: IP address and the date and time of the request, stored alongside it.
- For card payments: payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We neither receive nor store card numbers.
- For invoicing: the company details you provide.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate visit statistics and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools set cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser data and your actions on the site. You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or through your Google and Meta ad settings.
03Why, and on what legal basis
- To process your request and secure your place — performance of a contract and steps taken at your request before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send your ticket and event information — performance of the contract.
- The consent you give when submitting the form — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Accounting and invoicing — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Checking tickets at the door — legitimate interest in admitting only valid ticket holders (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04Who has access
Data is shared only with providers processing it on our behalf:
- SuperHosting.BG Ltd. — website hosting and storage of requests.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — card payment processing.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — email correspondence and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — ad campaign measurement (Meta Pixel).
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
05How long we keep it
- Requests that did not result in a booking — up to 6 months after the event.
- Attendee records — up to 12 months after the event.
- Accounting documents — for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting law.
06Your rights
You have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict processing; to data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interest; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg.
07Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you.
08Photography and video
Photographs and video are taken during the event and may be used to document and promote it, on the basis of legitimate interest. If you prefer not to be filmed, or want a particular image removed, write to nouhauschool@gmail.com.
09Cookies
On your first visit we show a short cookie notice. The site sets the following cookies and similar identifiers:

The Google and Meta cookies are analytics and advertising cookies; none of them is needed to book a ticket. You can delete or block them at any time in your browser settings (usually Privacy → Cookies), and limit ad tracking in your Google and Meta account settings. When paying by card, Stripe sets its own cookies on its own page, described in Stripe's policy.
